Two options now present themselves to CNSS:
⬅️ Either accept promotion to the 1st division under another name, allowing these players to continue their progression.
⬅️ Or loan some of them to Liprobakin teams and promote other players within the first team.
Every year, CNSS wins trophies in the 2nd division with practically the same athletes. But for what purpose? These girls are growing up, gradually losing momentum and some of their qualities, because the 2nd division has become too easy for them.
Some CNSS 2 players had already played in the 2nd division with their former teams before joining the club.
CNSS must now establish a true academy to train its own talents. Otherwise, despite the resources it has, the coming years could prove difficult for the club.
Let CNSS change its policy to save many.
